Recipe : Salmon Avocado Burgers
In a rush but feeling like an easy to make gourmet meal? Try making these delicious Salmon Avocado Burgers for supper!
Directions:
Preheat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Cut salmon in half and place both pieces in pan, cook for 3-5 minutes with lid on. Flip salmon, then add seasoning and squeeze in lime. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Slice avocado and cherry tomatoes. Assemble burgers on bun with salmon, avocado, tomato and spinach. Enjoy!
