Recipe : Homestyle Yam Fries
A super simple recipe that is a real treat and rich in potassium. Shifting to natural potassium-rich foods like yams and away for high salt foods is a great way to lose weight.
Directions:
Yams: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut yams into fries and place in bowl. Add seasonings and olive oil and mix together. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread yams evenly on pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes flipping yams halfway. Pay extra attention in last 5 minutes to ensure yams do not burn. Serve with barbecue sauce or any of your favourite dips.
